How it started
Nothing came ready off a shelf.
Belvira started on a blank page. We designed every studio ourselves, scrapping layout after layout until the space, the light, and the details felt right.
These studios were designed by hand and tested by real living. We spent years listening to long-term tenants tell us what worked and what didn't—and we built every lesson into these spaces.
The idea
Most hotel rooms are designed around the first night. Ours are designed around the third week.
Most hotels are staged to impress you for the first night. We designed Belvira for how a space feels after several days—where you plug your laptop, where your luggage actually goes, and having a kitchen you can really use. That’s why one out of every five guests ends up staying longer than a week.

Good spaces aren't finished on opening day. We constantly update our apartments based on real guest feedback—from heavy soundproof windows for deep sleep to top-tier mattresses. If it improves your stay, we build it in.
