Changing or cancelling a booking.
Different rates come with different flexibility. Here is a plain breakdown of how our payment and cancellation terms work, so you always know what to expect.
The terms that apply to your booking are the ones shown on the rate you chose, and repeated on your confirmation. If anything on this page differs from your confirmation, your confirmation is the one that counts.
The two kinds of rate
Flexible rates
Most of our rates. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Inside those 48 hours, and if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
Non-refundable rates
Some special offers and promotions are labeled Non-Refundable Offered at a lower price in exchange for certainty. Payments for these bookings are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

How it works in practice.
- Amendments
- Date changes or modifications are subject to room availability and may incur rate differences. If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at info@belviraresidence.com or via WhatsApp at +201500156089.
- When the money comes back
- We release approved refunds to the card you paid with within seven to fourteen working days. After that it is with your bank, and some take a few days more to show it.
- Changing the dates instead
- Often easier than cancelling, and usually possible if we have the nights free. The rate for the new dates applies, which may be higher or lower than the one you paid. Ask before you cancel — a change is frequently cheaper for you than a cancellation and a rebooking.
- Force Majeure
- In cases of unforeseen events (such as, government restrictions, or natural disasters), Belvira Residence will offer flexible rescheduling options or partial refunds at our discretion.
