Before you book, two things worth checking.
We keep our house rules simple. Most of this page is routine,. These first two are the ones that cause a problem at the door if nobody mentions them, so we mention them first.
Couples

We would far rather you knew it now than at the door.

Everything else
The ordinary business.
- Arriving
- Check-in from 3pm, and you let yourself in. Some studios open with a door code, others with a key card waiting in a lockbox — we send you the details before your arrival, so arriving at two in the morning is no different from arriving at two in the afternoon. Need to get in earlier than 3pm? Ask. If the studio is free, it is yours (extra fees may apply).
- Leaving
- Check-out by 10am. Later is often possible — based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance. ask the day before rather than on the morning and we will tell you straight away (extra fees may apply).
- Housekeeping
- Weekly as standard, and more often if you ask, any day except Friday and Sunday (extra fees may apply). Otherwise nobody comes in. If you would rather we skipped a week, say so.
- Laundry
- A shared laundry room in the building with washing machines and a dryer, and a steam iron in every studio. No per-item charges.
- Smoking
- Smoke-free throughout, including balconies facing other studios.
- Pets
- No pets, As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them in our apartments.
That is all of it. The only question left is your dates.
